Gabi I am from Texas, about 100 miles west of Dallas, I believe it does take a lot of courage on our parts to do this, I believe we are just taking a stand and saying no more of this diet, binge, up and down weight world, we are having a final say on it all. I feel little bad when I hear of some not doing so good, I have made myself get outside 2-3 times a day and walk 10-15 minutes to try and build up my strength and stamina, have to go back to work Monday which will be 6 days post-op, very sedentary job though!
