yes the support band goes on under your clothes. mine costed $40. I did not have a pre op liquid diet so i have only lost 11 pounds. i am three weeks post op tomorrow. the first two weeks it dropped like crazy but when i started eating food it has stopped coming off. i am waiting for my first post op appt so i can hopefully get a fill
