so i was the first scheduled surgery of the day and i got there at 530am. they took me back at like 600am and i dressed into a gown and they weighed me and put an IV in my arm. they gave me a shot of something to calm my nerves... (i was not nervous in the first place but i took it), and then my mom joined me. the doctor who knocked me out came and asked me a couple questions, the nurse came and asked some questions, and then my surgeon came and chatted with us for a few minutes. then they said are you ready? and i said yes. so they wheeled me down the hall and into a room and introduced me to two other people in there. the anastesialogist came in and handed me a mask and i put it on. he siad ok you are going to get sleepy now...
