Thank you so much for your reply. Osteoarthiritis is when the cartlidge that cushions your joints is literally eaten away and leaves the connecting bones rubbing against each other with no cushion in between so to speak. Hope that description did not gross you out, but it was the best way I could explain it. My husband supports me 100%. He says he needs me to be here for him when he gets older. (i'm 41 and he's 65) He wants me to be healthy and happy, but most of all healthy people are happy people. Thanks for the reply and I will be keeping in touch and logging on often.
