Thats what they say I have an over the phone post op tomorrow . Im sure they want me to come back here in the next week or so. So what are you having for your liquid diet? I have found that I love the slimfast capichino. The diet is going to be the tuff part. keep your head up and let me know how it keeps going

ok you had yours in tri-cities. I went to Everett (nwwls) Im guessing they don't share fill sites? :crying:. Had mine done on the 20th starting soft foods on the 25th WOOT:thumbup:. Had little pain. So far from the weighin (386lbs) I lost 25 lbs(in 12 frigin days) (P.S. that sucks) for the surgery and as of tonight I weighed (354):wink2: cant wait for some soft foods. How are you feeling

hello I am headed in for the procedure on the 20th at 8:30 Good luck I am in yakima also. I think you can get fills at memorial hospital 2 times a month. havent been abloe to find any lap- band groups as of yet have you =)
