2 week pre-op diet help!

I also can only have shakes, broth, Gatorade or jello. I got the pumpkin spice premier shakes so I can have something Thanksgiving flavored. I told family I would stop by after dinner. I don’t want to sit around the food while everyone is eating. Keep your eye on the prize. Making exceptions now maybe cause you to make future exceptions. -
It’s going good. I’m trying to have different flavored shakes and broths each day. Four days in and ten more to go.

I found it to be a good bread replacement. I bought the Italian flavored ones to make a garlic bread. I added shredded cheese and garlic powder then cooked it in the air fryer. It had all of the flavor with out the bread. I also used the plain to make Turkey and cheese roll ups. I tried making pizza but the wrap didn’t hold its shape. I’ll try grilling it.

My surgery is also on 12/2. How’s the liquid diet going for you?

Hi everyone, my surgery is scheduled for Dec 2nd. I’ve learned a lot about myself throughout this process. I agree most people say they wish they had the surgery sooner.
