I started my preop diet today and I will be going to surgery on November 30 in San Antonio the diet so far it hasn’t been too bad I’m allowed to proteins shakes a day 3 ounces of lean protein meat and a cup of veggies and I am allowed to have two sugar-free Jell-O today -
