hey thank you.. well i would say i do abnout 45 minutes of cardio.. like 20 minutes on the treadmill going on an incline.. and the eliptical for like 25... then i go lots of weights.. i work everything.. immer thighs outer.. arms. back. tummy. i use all those weight machines.. then ill do like 50 to 100 crunches on my own. differeno works ones tho to work diff parts.. look up diff crunches.. like legs lifts for example.
