Yeah im ok i found out that my vit.d id very low so i have to take vitd pills for 3 months and than there check my blood and see if the level is normal i sent you a message on your my space page i think it was the right let me know if you got it i have been eating out of control lately i think it has alot to do with some of my emotional probloms but ill get it together talk to you soon
