Hey Trina, I'm doing well. I've lost about 57 lbs so far. But I have to say i'm still not as lucky as some of these other people who say they've never lifted a finger and just lost a ton of weight. I exercise 5-6 days a week, some weeks everyday (if I know I cheated really bad on my diet.) And I cut out all fast food other than my occasional restaurant outing to outback, red lobster and applebees or something. I started cooking my lunches and dinners so I won't be tempted to buy junk. I'm also very aggressive at getting my fills (I'm up to 10.6 cc in my 11 cc band.) I probably see my dr. at least once every 3 weeks. To make sure I stay on top of things. Most importantly I just try to remember that the lap band is a tool not a cure so i'll keep pushing to lose the weight (I have a very long way to go and don't want to wait 2 or 3 years to get there.)
