Well in my experience of working out alot ect. I reccomend you to not do weight training right now cause it weighs more than fat that will be the reason your loseing inches instead of lbs.. Dont do in door exercises walk out side!!!!!!! You burn way more cause you work harder that way with out knowing it. I do reccomend u to work out only once a week with weights... Hows your dieting?? Hows your restriction? Maybe your eatting more than u think and you need another adjusment fill? I turned in my leave request for the surgery to my work. I have surgery Jan 20th so Im requesting the 22nd through 25th off I already have 20th and 21 scheduled of so that should be more than enough time to recoop?
