    Im 29 years old my starting weight was 263.0 I was banded 7/23/08 today i weigh 234.5. I have been married 8 yrs today. I have four beautiful children 7,4,4 and1. Lately i've been having problems adhering to my stage 3 band diet. I have been bummed out and grouchy. I have worked so hard to get banded and now i feel like im kindof throwing it all away.
