girl, the main thing is for u to stick with ur diet. u know, the liquids, thick liquids and mushies. Please don't get sidetracked. As soon as i discovered that i could eat more, i did and it hendered me so stick to the diet. If u feel like u r out of control go back to mushies and still watch what u put in ur mouth. Yesterday i had to get all of my fill taken out so now i have no restriction because i have no saline in my band because my esophagus has dialated. Pray for me.
