What is your average daily meals like? Do you eat eggs, cottage cheese, chicken?? What? Do you eat any kinds of crackers or fruits? Just trying to figure it all out!

Thank you....for the nice words. I must tell you giving up BREAD was the best thing...although once your are banded you are not to eat it anyways...but I gave it up as soon as I decided ot have it done. I eat a lot of meat (chicken mostly) and go to the gym at leat 4 days a week and try for 5. Most recently I have been doing 5 days a week with 45 minutes of cardio each time I go and then at least an hour of weights if not more. Usually spend more time on the weekends at the gym than during the work week but I do get up at 4am to go. I can say cardio is the best for burning the calories and fat. Weight lifting is for the sagging stuff.....and it does tend to sag...LOL Good luck to you!

OMG, you look wonderful, and I am sure you are full of wonder over ur loss so far, tell us some of the things your eating and not and exercise u r doing, u r such an encouragement to us in band land!!! May God continue to bless all the desires of your heart! Nancy

Wow! You look SO GREAT!!!! Way to go! I'm new to the site and am hoping to be banded. I find the successes of others to be such an encouragement. You should take some with the sweater off! You deserve to show off the new you!
