I have a question for you if you don't mind... What do you eat to keep losing weight when you plateau? I'm on the smaller side and was banded on the 15th of May this year and have lost 24lbs but can't get passed the 183 mark... I've been at a halt for about two weeks now... any suggestions?

That's great my moms pre-op is on the 17th and surg on the 22nd so she just started her protein diet and she's already freaking out... hehe. But I'm glad you liked him that will be easier for her to know someone had good reviews! Hope all is well thanks for the info.

I'm glad your doing good and don't worry about the plateau I think your just slowing down a bit now. I was losing really fast and then thought the same but I will lose about a lb every four days or so but I'm not really watching what I eat all that well just the portions and I don't start back to the gym until tomorrow so I know that will kick it up a notch... The doc said that if your eating liquids then they only keep you full for about two hours then you'll start to feel hungry again... He said I was right on track but I just guess in my head it should be coming off quicker for the fact that I'm not eating everything in site now... but I know it will take time. I've lost a pants size so I guess that should keep me motivated more than the actual weight. But I'm glad your doing great keep up the good work and just remember your losing either way and that's the good part

Hey there just wanted to check in on you see how your doing... I went in for my first fill weighed in 20lbs down. Fill was okay I didn't have it numbed so just alittle discomfort but good. I already had 2.6cc in and they added 1cc so I fill tighter. I can kind of fill in in my chest alittle... weird. But they have you stay after and drink a glass of water to make sure your not to tight. I think I'm doing okay though. He said I was right on track so I guess that's good. Hope all is going well for you!

Your doing great! You'll be able to start sleeping on your side soon... my prob is that I like to sleep on my stomach and I still can't... :-( My hunger hasn't changed though I struggle every day. My family just made hot dogs and I can practically taste them. My sons bday party was yesterday and that was hard to... I had a tablespoon of ice cream and it about killed my throat. My issue is just plain old food. Something that crunches in my mouth versus having to swallow liquids all the time. But I'm moving along to week two and am excited. Before to long I'll be there. I just keep trying to be positive. Your doing great and keep up the good work!
