2 weeks post op now, feeling great. I moved on to puree food today- cottage cheese never tasted so goo!!

Day 5 post op. Feeling pretty good overall. Forgot to take any pain meds before bed last night but slept through and woke up pain free. I'm able to eat thinned out veg soups & yoghurt up to about 1/2 cups worth. I think the dog might get a small walk today- she'll be very excited!

Day 2 post op- hopefully going home today. Slept pretty well last night(apart from nurse wake ups for meds/checks). Getting fluids in but no idea how much, I think it will be easier to monitor at home. Pain is negligible, still managed with just paracetamol

24hrs post op- not feeling too bad. A little pain from the gas overnight but manageable with paracetamol. Getting up out of bed for a shower felt magnificent!

2 days to go- gastric sleeve here we come!
