jircads, congrats.I hope all goes well please k i t . Here are my questions I hope they help.

What is the difference between the 3 ports the low profile, the rapid port and the regluar used port? What band do you use? I read that the band called realize band comes with a smaller port. Is 1 band / port more effective then another? I want the low profile. I heard it wasnt as big (not so easily seen or felt). I also heard that there is a 4th port the flip flop that has had alot of complaints. Where will the port be positioned? Do you use stapples, glue or stitches? How often do I get a fill if I feel as if I need a fill before my appt. will that be a problem? What causes a band to erod? What if any signs that your band has eroded? same question regarding a band that has slipped. If I have any concerns/questions after surgery can I call my Dr.? i dont want to talk to 5 different people I rather deal with my Dr.
