I'm glad that you are doing ok. 54 pounds is great! Why did they move your appointment? I'm doing ok. I had an adjustment last week. I really felt it last week. I still feel it, but I can tell that it has loosened already. I can only hope that it doesn't loosen too much more. I need some of the restriction to last a little longer than a week.

bambam-As you get more restriction, you will see your portion sizes go down. I wouldn't worry about it right now though. B-coffee w/splenda, yoplait strawberry kiwi L-3 oz meatloaf muffin, green beans S-cocoa roasted almonds D-3 oz meatloaf (couldn't eat anything else with it)

Susan, I hope that you feel better soon! I am glad that they seem closer to figuring out what was wrong. I know that can be the worst part. I seem to be back to normal as far as the site goes. I even got an email notification! I haven't had one of those in days.

Ok, so I went for a walk during my lunch hour. I didn't quite make it to 30 minutes. I did hit a hill and a few flights of steep steps in a parking lot across the street. I was wondering though, is it better to eat before you exercise or after? Do any of you know?

I still have it. It is ugly. I thought it was just my computer at home, but now I am at work and have it here too. Yuck.
