    Ok, here my PJTP-I come on here every day just to read PJTP. I don't post pictures of myself or others. I have posted a pic once and allowed only friends to see it (this was before I had more than one "friend" on here). I took it down after less than an hour because I have a serious mental problem (I have watched too many movies). I love the PJTP thread though. I read the entire thing in one weekend. I love to come here and laugh, cry, or gripe.

  5. yesterday- B-coffee w/splenda, yoplait strawberry kiwi yogurt L- 1 cup potato Soup D- scallops, green Beans, several fried shrimp How can I barely eat Breakfast, but eat a ton of food for dinner?!?!?!?!

    Well at least you will have more time to decide if you really need the fill. My restriction is up and down. I could barely get my yogurt down this morning, but could really eat tonight at dinner. I can't figure it out from one moment to the next.

    I didn't just fall off the wagon, I got run over by it. I haven't walked since that first day. It has rained here every freaking day! I know that is no excuse since I have exercise equipment here at home. I can say that I noticed that I am not getting winded walking the stairs at work. I have to climb the stairs several times a day (it's faster and easier than walking to the other end of the building to the elavator). I know that if I want to lose, I have to exercise. I know it. Making myself do it is kicking my hind end.

    That's great that your weight loss is picking up again. I know that can be very frustrating when the scale doesn't move. I hope it continues for you. If you are still having issues eating, I would go ahead and cancel that fill. No point in making yourself miserable.

  15. That is the reason I was eating it this week. I really wanted some lasagna, but was scared I would get sick if I had the real thing. It is really good. My family won't touch it just becuse they consider it "diet" since I will eat it after a fill.

    I am so there with you. I still have some restriction, but I can eat more than what I think i should be able to. I am tired of dieting. I know that I have to work the band, but it would be so much easier if I wasn't hungry.
  20. kcmagu-I hope to achieve even a part of your cooking abilities. The only things I really know how to cook are the unhealthy southern soul foods. I am struggling to learn to cook healthier things that my family has never eaten before. Today... B-coffee w/splenda, leftover ricotta bake L-1 oz cocoa roasted almonds D-deli turkey, 1 oz pepper jack cheese.

    That is so odd. My fill was last Thursday. I had an appointment for that Tuesday. I was able to call on that Monday before and still get an appointment for that Thursday. Of course, there is no telling what has happened since then.
  24. I found the recipe on here. I think luluc pointed it out to me. I make mine by mixing ricotta with some seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder,salt, pepper) and an egg. I put that on the bottom of a pie plate. Then I top it with spaghetti sauce and a sprinkle of cheese. I put it into the oven on 400 until the cheese is bubbly and browned. It tastes like lasagna without the pasta.
