You know Kat, I have thought about that too. That is why my son gets tired of me telling him that certain things are not possible (even now I tell him to be sure he understands). I also don't let him play those games. He gets upset because his friends play them. I have explained that some things are just not meant for children (or adults for that matter). That is too funny about the B word though.

I'm so sorry Carrie. Either way it is awful. I hope you are able to get the unemployment.
-
OMG yes! Sad??? I was freaking jealous that I missed it!:crying: I concur! How the heck are you up Beth?   Any word from KC? KC-did your mom make it there? How was the race? So many questions... PJTP-I just came home from marathon school shopping. They have a tax free holiday here every year (for the last few years at least) right before the school year starts. Everyone is out. There were so many wrecks along the road leading to the mall. It was hectic! I hated every minute of it. I was gone and stuck in this mess for 6 hours!:tt2: Six hours of screaming mothers and their children. My own brat was complaining the entire time. I finally told him that all he had to do was complain once more before he would start the school year in the too little clothes from last school year. That shut him up. My plan for the rest of the night is to relax with a bottle of wine (left over from a recipe I am attempting to prepare), and read about what ever shenanigans (sp?) that Beth and company might get into.

Tap-I am feeling for you. Beth, G4E, KC, Krtork, TPG-You are crazy! I just spent the last few hours reading that thread. I have laughed until I cried this morning!
-
Carrie, I am so sorry. Did they give you a reason?
-
Kat-yay on the new grandson! G4E-we all knew it was the shock of the info. You are a great Nana! KC-it seems that you had some excitement to make up for the let down of the camera crew. I hear about children involved in shootings like that here. You wonder what was happening in their lives to make shooting at each other for kicks a "fun" time. Too many of our youth are dying on the streets over shirt colors or someone stepped into someone else's neighborhood. It's sad. Mac-I am sorry that you are having issues at work. I hope it gets better. luluc- "primate"

I can understand where you are coming from G4E. You will get over the shock of the pregnancy and be thrilled. When you are ready to be thrilled, we will be thrilled with you. You know that you don't have to worry about crying on our shoulders.

today- B-coffee w/torani syrup, couple bites of farina w/PB2 (it got too cold) L-.5 cup chicken salad, chips (I gave in) D-.5 cup chicken salad, few saltines

I hope that your mom is able to make it for you two to walk together. I will keep my fingers crossed. I am scared to check the boards for that thread. I want a swirly drink but cannot drink it tonight. I will get enough of volunteering for crap at work.:scared2: One day, reading about all that you all do will shame me into doing something. I am the same way. When DH gets up before I do (which is extremely rare), he apparently doesn't like to be up alone so he makes so much noise until the house is up. I can never go back to sleep after. He, on the other hand, can sleep through it all. He can also go back to sleep with ease. I tell you, you just described my DH!
-
Now that you mention it, that does sound very familiar in a hazy kind of way. Consider it done!:wink2: It still shows you online. That is way less than 5 hours. Are you being distracted by the attractions out of your window? I am glad that you are feeling better. We  you too!

Man, I was going to try to multi post, but you guys have been busy again this morning! I haven't had moonshine, but you would think it would be easy for me to find here in the sticks. Moonshine with tea...hmmmm I have never had sangria either. It sounds so good with all of the fruit. When I was in college, they used to make this punch with some extremely potent white liquor (I'm not sure of the name), beer, and dark rum with all types of fruit in it. They called it "through 'fer" punch. They called it that because after one drink you were "through 'fer the night because the alcohol would sneak up on you (you couldn't taste it). I remember drinking it once. I don't remember much after that.:wink2: KC-I guess I am not ghetto enough because the thought of those loud talking people scares the crap out of me for you. Please be careful. TGIF!!!!!

:nanahump::Banane56:note to self, hide from plain.:wink2: We love you plain!

My goodness! You guys were busy last night! I have laughed at so much this morning. Not only did you hit 1000+ pages, you hit 15000+ posts (yay Beth!)! You all rock!:nanahump: KC-you be careful leaving this morning. See if you can get security to go out with you (or the imaginary friends:biggrin:). Kat-congrats on the new grandbaby! I figure the baby will be here by the time you get to read this!:Banane56: I may have to start recording True Blood. I like sex..er, I mean drama.:wink2: Plain-we miss you when you are gone. I know that I missed some posts. There were just entirely too many to catch up on. I am off to get coffee started(my addiction to LBT is stronger than my addiction to coffee).

I'm so sorry about your doggy. You want me to go start a chicken thread? I can, you know.
-
PB2 is a powdered peanut butter. It is only about 50 calories per serving and a lot less fat. It tastes pretty good. It is sold by Bell Plantation. It is also sold in some stores (none in my area).
-
I think you would be an awesome doggy nurse, but alas I think luluc mentioned that her handyman doesn't look like your hottie!:crying:
-
PGIRL-We all have days like that. Tomorrow is another day. becacloud9-way to go on the NSV! krtork-happy belated bandiversary! Today- B-coffee w/torani syrup, yoplait yogurt s-string cheese L-cup chili w/sprinkle of cheese d-chef salad (I am struggling to chew this crap!)
-
It sounds to me like he is making excuses to see KC.:sneaky:
-
She has a battery pack hidden somewhere with Energizers. No, hottie dreams! Must have hottie dreams. So sorry about your dog. Enjoy your concert, dinner, and "free" stuff. Fish makes me gag! Stop looking at the chocolate. It is trying to suck you in! I should have known. Of course, it is always my favorite earrings that disappear. Did you take him a tall, cool drink?:w00t:

I am not sure I ever had a mojo. I am truly pulling for everything to be ok. I will help us get there. When you figure it out, will you tell me how you did it? I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up.
-
I can only imagine how you felt. We shall keep our fingers crossed that it won't happen that way this time.
-
I really can't understand how some doctors think they are some type of god! I worked for a doctor like the one you posted about. It made it really easy to quit working with no notice. I had never done that before nor have I done it since.
-
Beth, I am sending prayers and good thoughts to you and your family.
-
You have so much going on. I will be thinking positive thoughts for you. I will also say a prayer for you. I know that you are going to have to do that awful prep for Friday. I have had one colonoscopy (stay close to the bathroom:blushing:), and I have had my uterus cleaned out. Make sure to keep on top of your pain meds Monday. You don't want to let any pain take hold. It is harder to get rid after that. Keep us posted on how you are doing.

Though I have never had them, the carb countdown and hood milks are lower carb, lower calorie versions of milk. I have seen them at the regular grocery store in the dairy case.
