i do the same thing and its hard when u tell ur girls that its rude try to hold it in till u get away from people and i do it all the time its nice to know i am not alone if u find some way to stop it let me know and back to u -
i was banded in march by dr. stowers i ve lost 40lbs so far glad to find some place to take with other people thats had the samething :biggrin:
