Two more days before my gastric sleeve surgery! I’ve been on the Pre-Op Diet for 12 days now, this is the beginning of my journey and I’m so excited, This support group is awesome. Thank you all. The last time I was in a gym I was in my 20’s…. I found a gastric sleeve buddy who I went to high school with…she has lost over 150! She is going to show me the ropes at the local gym (planet fitness). Tomorrow I start my full liquid diet and SURGERY is Monday morning……
