    I’m on liquid, but I can have creamy soups. I made tomato soup with tomatoes from my garden and zucchini basil soup from my garden. I used a emulsifier to cream and liquify the soup…..so delicious.

    My surgery is scheduled for the 12th also! So excited !! Day 3 of my pre-op liquid diet. So far so good.
