Really need help- gaining wt and getting depressed and discouraged...

I was banded on 6/19 and I'm going through the same thing. I know I just need to be better prepared. I work 2 jobs and use that as an excuse to eat bad. I just need to get up 15 minutes earlier and get my lunch together. It's just so easy to eat at the hospital or at my other job. I have to remember that is how I got to where I am today. If you want to keep in touch let me know, we can kick this thing together. Later, Dawn
