Had my sleeve the 8th I feel great except when I do much physical exertion my heart feels like it’s racing (not like how it feels after exercise) anyone else experience this? I am so glad I did this procedure. -

I am in the two weeks liquid faze also and am dreaming about the puréed stage. I can’t stand the protein drinks but I am drinking them for my health. Cheese would be great right now -

I had mine done 11/8. I was discharged 4 hours after the procedure. I think the hardest part for me was coming out of anesthesia it took about 24 hours. I am able to get my clear fluids in it I just get nauseous thinking about adding in protein. -
