I have had a weight problem since Childhood and have dieted many times successfully. But having reached my late 40s into my early 50s I found dieting almost impossible. Three or four Of my doctors encouraged me to try bariatric surgery, it was not my idea. But I have a few auto immune disorders which I hope with improve with the loss of weight.
