Hi I just found this site and joined last night. This is a great site, I am already learning so much. I do a lot of "lerking" and taking notes, that seems to be the best way for me to absorb this. I started at 266 and am -10 as of Friday. Banding date is Thursday Aug 21st with Jeff Baker at Unity Hospital. My pic is of my only grandchild, of course he is perfect...:crying: I look forward to my time with you all!!

Hi, I just joined also. Your post is inspiring to me, I also started at 266 and am being banded on the 21st. So seeing that you are down to 215 already is very inspring!! :biggrin2: Great job on your progress! Someday I will be able to run on my treadmill.

My first post and what a great subject! I won't miss everything already said. Especially, -Large womens expensive stores -Airplane seats -Being over aware of where I am sitting on a boat or pontoon -Chairs with arms -Not going on rollercosters -Looking at my huge @$$ in the mirror -apologizing to people, in my head, for being obese :crying: -
