Had surgery 6/28/22 245 day of surgery today 215 . Super happy of the weight I been loosing the hardest part for me to get over was the cravings . I’m doing much better now . Premier protein in the morning one egg white bite from Costco 3 hours after protein I’ll have Greek non fat yogurt . After that 1-2 popsicles then evening I’ll have another protein .

Welcome everyone who is starting this life changing journey . New to this forum ✌🏼 I started my journey back in March 8 2022 surgery June 28 2022 3weeks and some days post-op starting to actually change my mindset from actual hunger to mind hunger well distinguish now . Just wanted to drop by and say hello .
