Hi my name is Diane and I am 4 days post op. I thought I would feel better than this but oh well. Any suggestions on a good tasting Protein? That seems to be the hardest thing for me. I am just looking for someone to talk to that has been through this. Thanks

Thank you all so much! I guess i was just feeling a little sorry for my self! I am going to explore all of the Protein options you all have suggested. I am so glad I posted! First time ever that I have posted anything any where! What is the place to go on this website in order to become part of a group that I can post with the same people everyday and maybe make a friend or two that is going thru this. Right now the only person that even knows that I had the band put in is my very fit,slim, husband. He is very supportive but he does not have the issues with food that I do! Again Thanks, Diane
