I don’t know if I’m dehydrated. I was exploring it as an idea for what’s causing the pain. It may be something else. -
Hi. Has anyone had pain in legs, feet and body because of not drinking enough during the day. I’ve been suffering this at times and was just exploring this as a possibility.
