Hi -- I was just banded in Burbank on August 28. I'm looking for folks to talk to and exercise with. I have an odd question. How do you put together the signature with the ticker? What weight do you use? Highest weight, weight before liquid diet or weight right before surgery? Thanks, Sallie

My name is Sallie and I'm in LA. I finally did my last test (cardiac clearance). They are supposed to schedule my surgery now. I can't wait to begin the rest of my life. I have Protein powder. I need some recipes for shakes. I have Gas-X strips. I have a friend who will come help me once my surgery date is set. I need to lose 105 more pounds. I've lost 22 over the last couple of months. I'm really trying not to gain weight while waiting. Thanks for being here. Sallie

I just had my "last" test. I also had many hoops. I started in August of last year. I know more about the inside of my body than I ever have had before. I finally have insurance approval and I'm waiting for Phillippe Quilici's office to set a surgery date. I'm hoping for a date in July or August at the latest. It is so great to have people to share this strange journey with. Thanks, Sallie

I went to meet with Dr. Quilici yesterday. I have appointments for nutritionist and the social worker. I'm in LA. I have heard many stories of success with the Band and I really want to take off my weight. I look forward to getting to know you and taking this awesome journey together. Sallie
