OK ... MY turn for a kick in the ass... Can youhelp me out??? LOL Not sure why, But my motivation is ZIP this past week. Not really caring what I eat. And eating until I puke, then eating some more... Have you ever done that? Man, i just dont get it. Maybe I'm more frustrated with my month long plateau than I realized?? Tell me how well you're doing! That should get me motivated again :-)
