Sharon, based on your rec I bought a cannister of choc truffle and found it quite good. I also bought a cannister of the fuzzy navel and that is very good also and since it is only made with water it is fairly lo-cal at 90 cal per scoop. Thanks for posting your finds. Mimi -

I haven't been to nutrition class yet so am not sure of the post op steps, but I have spent a couple of hundred dollars trying different protein drinks. The GenSoy I took back as disgusting and stinky!!!! I have bought the clear fruit flavored Isopures as I know that there is a week of clear liquids post op and I know we need protein to heal. Mimi

I agree you should tell the anesthetist about your anxiety issues. My insurance requires an overnight stay, too. For the Lap Band I am not so sure you get a pain pump. Congratulations on your 15 pound loss. I am trying to do Atkins, too, but haven't had the dramatic results you have!! Mimi -
