Exercise is easier and my endurance has really climbed through exercise. Losing wt helps exercise be easier and exercise makes losing wt easier. Win win situation!!!! I have a personal trainer 2-3 days a week and I do 2 miles on my treadmill 4-5 days a week. The trainer has me do general conditioning exercises and dumbell wt training for the arms. We also use the big ball for balance and core strengthening. I used to have to take a nap before mowing the lawn, now I can do a training session then go right to the treadmill or mow the lawn. It wouldn't hurt to talk to your doctor in case you have a hair disease called Alopecia. Are you getting 60 or more grams of protein every day? I, too, am losing a lot of hair but no bald spots. I started taking Biotin. Anything you do may take 3 months to start working because of the hair cycle. Mine are so "jiggly" that they have fold over wrinkles even when at rest at my sides. I have an appt with a PS at the end of September to evaluate them for resizing!!!! I know I will have long scars, but the jiggle will be gone!!! Cruel joke our body's play on us after we work so hard to get the wt off and get healthy. Mimi

Anyway, it talked about how the hair is on a 3 month cycle so the loss today is probably from whatever was going on 3 months ago and if you are short on the B vitamins the Biotin should help about 3 months after you start taking it.
