My knees and hip start hurting at 1.5 miles but I push on to 2 miles. I used to do 6 miles and feel so proud, but the pain wasn't worth it. The calorie burn was great, though. I live in constant fear of regaining my former wt. This "maintenance" period is very stressful and as tough a journey as the wt loss part. I journal everything I eat and drink so I can analyze any gain or loss. I am glad I have this thread to come to. Mimi -

Mine didn't show when I was still heavy, but now that I am in maintainance it gets in the way of exercise on the balance ball, some yoga positions, and generally aches with abdominal exercises. My surgeon just keeps telling me that when I am ready he will move it!!!! Unfortunately I develop a lot of scar tissue easily around the port. Mimi

I like both Myoplex Lite and the EAS Advantage....I like the Advantage a little better. Since you asked about those 2 brands I will stick with my opinion of them. Walmart always has both of them, and maybe the powder, too. I didn't know Target was cheap, I will check them out!!! Mimi

If your doctor will do tiny unfills, I think you should get one, like .1 or .2cc. I was as tight as you describe and the first time I got stuck my stomach swelled shut and I ended up with a complete unfill. I hope you have a wonderful cruise!!! Mimi -
