I had it done in January. I wasn't quite at my lowest wt, altho I was close to goal. Insurance would not pay. My scars are still reddish......they take awhile to fade, maybe a year. I was thinking he may be a little too tight and has already reverted to slider food. Something to think about. I am too tight and waiting for an unfill. I can only eat a little bit of non slider food at a time, then I am hungry again in a short while. The slider foods typically have more calories, salt and fat and a person gains more easily.
