It is pretty exciting! I’ve been going back and forth between ready for this and a bit nervous 😬 It’s kinda nice to be able to talk to someone who is doing it on the same day 😄
I start on Tuesday, it’s 2 protein shakes a day, 1 snack of deli meat, cheese or boiled eggs, 1 snack of a non starchy vegetable and a healthy fat and a meal of 3-4oz meat, healthy fat and non starchy vegetable. When do you start yours?
