8 lbs down since starting my Pre Op Diet, 14+ down since a month ago! 9 days left to keep it up!

Try to not drink cold water, room temp is better. I bought a half gallon hydrojug and fill it for work, I’ve been making myself drink it while I am there. Now it’s getting easy.

Covid is gone! So far all my clearances are looking good, so I still have my date of 8/17! On the plus side, Covid made my appetite decline and pushed me into the pre-op diet. So there's that.

Sooo…. I got covid earlier this week, and all I can think is, will this effect my surgery date? So far I barely have any symptoms,so hopefully it stays that way.

I have only told the people who matter to me. I do not feel I owe anyone an explanation on my personal health. and some people would be jerks. All of my family and friends know, and my co-workers who I am close with.

Go to GNC, most of them have an InBody Scan Machine. That is what all the ladies the do Bootcamp with my daughter use. -

Hello! I am prepping for my surgery date, Aug. 17th, and just thinking about things that i worry about. I have seen so many people complain and have regrets due to their skin after, how did you handle that? How did it effect you? -
