hey everyone! I'm so sorry 4 not responding sooner, I don't really know how 2 use this site! I am doing well. Dr. Richard Pucci is my Hero. LOVE HIM! The kindest,most sincere man ever! I STARTED AT 234.4 LBS. & I'm down 51 lbs. (183 lbs.) I did go down to 175 when I got my last fill but unfortunately I was really unable to swallow my own spit....My own fault, not the Dr.'s....anyway he removed 1 whole c.c.
now i float between 185 & 182...sometimes we are so comfortable being uncomfortable that it is ghard to push ourselves...The attention & positive feedback has been overwhelming. I got engaged after 10 years yay! & NOW I have to get back in the game & work out like an animal so I can have a body like "Pink" come Our Wedding day. Is that too much to ask? Well Thanks 4 ur support! Hope yor all doing well! Write back soon -

I care...You got this! baby steps...short walks turn into long walks.. try watching "loosing it " with Jillian Michaels & add her as a friend on facebook...she helps me alot...& reruns of the biggest looser...works 4 me...sometimes. -

I'm getting back in the groove too...Fell off the wagon...eating "slider" foods, quit smoking & emotional eating...I am rebooting myself by using lapbandtalk.com please send any tips my way...Good Luck 2 u & Thanks. -

I'm still getting use to this site too. I will be banded next Thursday March 18th I started this hole process December 18th so the wait was'nt that bad for me. when were you banded and how are you feeling. any advice for me lol

I'm finally a lil' better. still alot of spasming in pouch area, But down 10 lbs.! I can start mushies today. How are you feeling/doing?
