About Me

  • Biography
Hi, I'm Precious. I've been pretty much a big girl all my life. I've been chosen with a purpose and a vision from God. I love to dance and sing and feel that life would be so much better if I were a bit smaller and able to enjoy life a little more.

  1. Hi: Yes, it is well worth it. When I was banded, I started to walk. Then for 4 months I lifted weights 2 days a week. The weight fell off. I am about 4 pounds over my goal. I have had my problems tho, I had acid reflex which never went away so suffer it the band is too tight. I only have 4 1/2 CC in mine. I suffer from slime if I eat too fast or don't chew well. I had a total spinal fusion surgery done in Dec 07 and that has left me not exercising and now I am struggling to keep it off but trying my darndest. Now the rubber hits the road. I started going back to support groups again to see if I can get some help. I have a hard time eating protein (meat) so consequently I am always hungry. I hang in there because I DO NOT WANT TO GAIN ANY WEIGHT BACK. It worked for me but with some struggles. I went from a size 24 to a size 10.
