For the first time I experienced vomiting after eating and I could have skipped on the last two bites but I believe my eyes were bigger than my tummy and my head was telling me that I was still hungry although my body was getting ready to tell me that I was not. HOW DO YOU OVERCOME HEAD HUNGER??? Thanks buddies

Simple DUMPING question
Ms.LaTasha82 replied to Ms.LaTasha82's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
ThNks! It's the 1st time that happened. When I thought about I think it was my eyes being much bigger than My tummy. -
I do agree with the other in checking with your doctor and or any instructions given. But I also want to remind you, like many of us had to learn, not to compare yourself to others. We all will have different experiences. But when your sleeve says it's time to stop, you will know, and will have no choice but to listen to it. Good Luck!

Has anyone dealt with buyer's remorse within the first few weeks? How did you cope? I am very new to this, I just was sleeved June 7 considering it's only ten days ago, I can't help but constantly ask myself if I did the right thing. I have also been very emotional and it's quite annoying. Please share your advice and/or suggestions. Please & thank you in advance
