I start my liquid diet on June 20th. 5 protein shakes a day and broth and sugar free liquids. Any tips?

Right. I get nauseous if my stomach feels empty as it is. I planned dinners for the family that I don’t care to much about. My oldest cooks so I can go hide if the smell makes me too hungry lol.
