Go surgery twin! I am day 3 post-op and feel normal. No Tylenol needed. I am struggling with the protein water. My surgeon has us do a 1 week clear liquid post op. And I’ve been more focused about hydration over the protein. Does anyone have any recommendations? I tried isopure. I can tolerate the Gatorade but it only has 10 grams and he wants me to have 30 a day. I guess I could drink 3 of those in a day.

I had my sleeve yesterday. I woke in extreme discomfort. Today however, barely any pain, no pain medicine needed since 11pm last night. Getting ready to be discharged.

I have UHC and I was required to do a 6 month program. Started in November, surgery is Monday.

Received a call from the hospital and moved me up 2 hours, be there at 9am. So glad. The anxiety for waiting won’t be as bad/long. Now it’s just anxiety about having the surgery.

Been an observer for some time. Surgery is Monday June 13th.
