I had my gallbladder removed in April 2019. I did the liquid diet for 10 days prior to this surgery so I am an expert! LoL.
The problem though, is the constipation afterwards. So I googled the best products to try and combat constipation. The search results happened to lead me here to this forum. My surgeon's office just sent the insurance approval request in - said it could take up to 15 days - but my surgery date is July 6th (assuming the insurance approves). UPDATE: INSURANCE APPROVAL CAME THROUGH!!! YAY!!!
