Thanks for the encouragement, the gym was packed today, I'll be glad when everyone's New Year's resoulutions have faded, where I can get to the equipment easier. Maybe I'll be one of those skinny women at the gym and everyone will wonder why I'm there.... hopefully soon. Have a great day. Lisa ( aka alpine)

Good Luck!! I'm on the same boat!! i just want to lose about 50 more Lbs too and i'm about to go to the gym !!!! the last 50 seems as if its going to be a little more difficult then the first 45 but i'm determined!!! good luck!!

Hello All!! I'm getting banded on friday!!!! I'm so nervous!!! all i think about is everything negative that can go wrong!!!! :cry_smile: I'm from north Jersey getting the procedure done w/ Dr Ewing out of Hackensack medical Center... is he anyones DR.?

OMGoodness!! i have my surgery on Friday Too!!! I have been doing the exact same thing!!!! I feel as if i'm never going to eat again or something!!!! good luck to you on friday... my nerves are shot!!! i'm so nervous!!!
