I was utterly scared and I even called the doctor's office to cancel but it happened to be closed. I prayed that same prayer and I believe God was with me through it all. So I believe I made the right choice. You're going to be just fine. Remember all the positive reasons why you are doing this and that includes being healthy for your daughter.

Mine's was the 7th and yes I'm struggling like crazy. I've been reading my medical bible and googling everything. I confess I did a small sample of what my daughter cooked for dinner Sunday and instantly regretted it. My stomach hurt but once I vomited I felt a whole lot better. So follow your outpatient instructions to the letter. There is a method to the madness.

Hey surgery twin, I didn't have a bowel movement until Friday and I did have some flagellation on Thursday before I left, lol.

Yes, got my period on day 2 of post op. So I don't know if I'm cramping because of my period or it's hunger pains. I've never had cramps during my period in the past but I've always had heavy periods. Can someone help me figure this out. I didn't have heartburn because they gave me this liquid to neutralize the stomach acid before surgery. It made me have a coughing fit behand. I did have pain in my chest area that I think maybe hunger pain idk. Everyday gets a little bit easier.

I wish I knew about this app and the YouTube channels when I started it might have made a better difference. But no you are not alone in this. We are right there with you, together ❤ 💙 🙌

What's good for one person may not be good or work for someone else. Skinny people think that all overweight people just sit around stuffing their face with food and that's not true at all. They don't understand our know what I feels like to be us

I had mine Tuesday. I had the feeling also. It will get better. Just take it one day at a time. I think of it as a new birth a new beginning. You just have to retrain you body how to eat and your mind how to think. It would also help to get some therapy and an accountability partner. God bless you on your new journey.

Hey, I just had my surgery on the 7th too. The first day I don't remember anything outside of me being rolled in the OR then waking up in my hospital room. But today I feel great. No pain. I'm walking around,sipping on fluids. Going home tomorrow. My surgeon was awesome. I had a very good experience. I'm just looking at this as a rebirth. We got this. Be blessed.

I did my pre op blood work, got my medical body wash and instructions yesterday. My surgery is on the 7th of June Tuesday. As the days draw closer, my anxiety is starting up. My nerves are on edge.

Mines is a Mines is a 7-14 day diet. Unlimited: sugar free, caffeine- free, and carbonated free liquids. Low fat cream soups, broths, high protein supplement shakes. So basically a liquid diet.

I'm really struggling with this pre op diet. A couple of times I thought about calling it off and talked myself out of it. But I know I really need this lifestyle change.
