Doing my best

I am new to these forums and have not yet had my surgery. Read your post and noticed no replies or follow-up from you. Have to ask (because I’m worried) how your daughter is doing now? Is she still having trouble getting Water and other good fluids down? Sending good thoughts your way.

I’m reading this a bit late, so your surgery has likely happened by now. Hoping that all went well and that your recovery is swift.

I take some general medications for cholesterol and blood pressure. My surgeon mentioned that after I have the surgery, he would order blood tests to check my levels to decide if those medicines are still needed. I will also consult with my primary care physician about it.

It is great to hear that nearly two years out you are happy with the results and that you are healthy. SADI is the surgery I hope to have done soon. Thanks for posting about your success.
