Hey everyone, Its been a long time since my last post. I am struggling with my weight loss. I've lost about 55lbs. and have been stuck for about 2 years gaining and losing the same 10lbs. I am trying the 5 day pouch test. I have days where I can eat anything and days everything gets stuck. I'm just not consistent with my work outs or my eating, so your posts have come at the right time for me. I need all the encouragement I can get. Keep posting! Thanks

I am so in. I've been at a stand still for months but I've just started running. I ran 2.4 miles yesterday. So I hope the new work outs will kick start my weight loss. Keep up the good work everyone. -
It's just trial and error, I have no problem with popcorn. Yet I can't eat eggs.

I was banded July 16th as well. I've lost around 55lbs. I'm a very slow loser. I go for my third fill in two weeks, so I hope that will kick start my weight loss again. I would like to lose about 50 to 60 more lbs. I have just reached a goal of running 1 mile I would like to get up to 3. Baby steps. I was very excited to run the mile I have never run one lap around the track let alone 4. Keep up all the good work ladies.

You just had surgery. It's going to take you a few weeks to heal and your eating much less your body need to adjust. Hang in there, you will be feeling better in no time. 21lbs is so great!!!

I know I feel the same way, I wish it would come off faster. I'm in my late 30's and It's just harder. Keep up the good work. I took me 3o plus years to gain it all. So be kind to your self. It will come off but it my take a while.

Try egg beaters instead of regular eggs they go down better then a regualr egg (I don't know why) Imitation crab legs worked for me as well. protien shakes are always good in the begining. I hope this helps.

I think you should see what your doctor says. He may say you need to wait a few months. If you feel ok and are not hungry all the time stick to what you have. In a few more months you maybe ready for another fill.

congrats on the new grand baby!!! She will keep you active. I'm worried about the holidays too. hang in there.

keep up the good work, I'm going to give it a try. I've had one fill and I don't have any restriction- I feel hungry every two hours. My doctor said not to eat in between meals but, i'm going to try your way for a couple of days. I can have a fill every 90 days so It wont be till after the holidays. I'm going to have to keep up my workout program. I'll let ya know my progress.

Keep up the good work - I seem to be taking the weight off slowly as well. Im not seeing the scale change as fast as I would like but, my body is changing and people are noticing so thats nice. I know slow and steady wins the race I'm giving my self a year before I get discuraged. I think i'll have it mastered by then.

I'm right there with you - I was banned on July 16. I'm still having a really hard time eating lots of food. I really really have to becareful with my chewing. I need to eat about every 2 1/2 hours to get all my protien in. I'm a little furstrated about my weight loss. I've been lossing and gaining the same 5 lbs all month. I see my Dr. on Monday-to schedual my first fill. I hope that will get me over the hump.

Hello everyone, I just had surgery almost 3 weeks ago. I'm eating soft foods. Some go down better then others. I just started excercising again this weekend. My endurance is still low, I'm working my way back up to 30 min. I've lost about 15lbs. All in the first two weeks. This week I seem to be just maintaing my current weight. I'm just starting to get hungry. I'm following the diet very carfully. I can't have my first fill for 90 days. Wish me luck staying on the diet.
