I can have plain yogurt but that sounds pretty boring as well. I feel like I need a change and I still have a ways to go before I start the purée stage

What’s everyone drinking during the liquid stage. I’m 6 days post op and am on full liquids until 7/4. I’ve been drinking fairlife, protein Gatorade, water, pudding, sugar free popsicles and bone broth.

I had surgery on Monday 6/20/22. Yesterday I started full liquids. Barely met my goals but I did it. Today my metabolism is on fire I’ve already met half of my goals and it’s only the afternoon. -
I was thinking about buying the protein Gatorade instead

I’m only on clear liquids the day before and 3 days after. Then I’ll gradually go to soft foods. Do you like the premier protein clear?
