Hi there...thanks for your message. So you have PCOS too, I saw several ppl on here who did. Glad to hear you're losing weight. How long have you been banded? I was happy to lose 10lbs w/ the pre-op diet they have me on. That was great for me since w/ PCOS I have been doing nothing but gaining. Thanks for the support, glad there are ppl here to talk to about these things!
